Stainless Steel  Coiled Tubing’s  Safety Performance

When using Stainless Steel Coiled Tubings, we must pay attention to its measures and understand its performance. With its gradual application, we have also learned a part of the specific properties that need to be paid attention to. Today I will take you get to know.

1. Its requirements should conform to the rules of ZBJ72-018.
2. The connection of its electrical lines should be uniform and strong, and the wire penetration holes and plug connectors should be insulated pipes or other appropriate maintenance methods.
3. It should use a 500V insulation resistance meter under the premise of normal temperature and humidity to measure the insulation resistance between the charged part and the non-charged metal part and the condensed water test conditions. After running for 4 hours, use a 500V insulation resistance meter. Measure the insulation resistance between the live part and the non-charged metal part, and the insulation resistance value to the ground should not be less than 2M in the cold and hot state.
4. When its electric strength is distinguished according to its various speed gears, when it is turned on, the insulation resistance between the charged part and the non-charged metal part is added with an AC voltage of 1500V additional frequency, which can be replaced by 1800V voltage and 1s time.
5. When it is installed horizontally according to the regular condensed water test conditions, after 4 hours of continuous operation, the temperature rise of the electric idea winding is measured by the resistance method, and the temperature rise is calculated according to the rules of GBA755.
6. It is connected in accordance with the regular condensed water test conditions for 4 hours, and then 110% additional voltage is applied to measure the leakage current between the leaked metal part and the power line, and the leakage between the exposed metal part and the power line The current value should not be greater than 1.5mA.
