Duplex 2205 Control

Duplex 2205 control line tubing is widely used in offshore oil and gas operations where high strength, corrosion resistance, and system reliability are critical. These control lines are essential components for transmitting hydraulic signals and control fluids to subsea and downhole equipment.

Duplex 2205 provides a balanced microstructure of austenite and ferrite, offering superior resistance to chloride-induced corrosion, pitting, and stress corrosion cracking, along with significantly higher mechanical strength compared with standard 316L stainless steel.
