Coiled tubing downhole tools:
1. Tool joint:
1.1 Inner card connector
1) Introduction to the tool
The inner slip connector is a connecting tool that connects downhole tools to the coiled pipe. When connecting, insert the slips into the inner wall of the continuous tube. Preliminary pretightening can make the outer teeth of the slips bite the inner wall of the continuous tube. When subjected to axial force, the inner wall of the coiled tube is bitten by the radial clamping force generated by the fitting action of the slip cone, so as to realize the connection between downhole tools and the coiled tube.
2) Usage
Before using this tool, appropriate slips and sealing heads should be determined according to the size and wall thickness of the continuous tube. After confirmation, smooth the weld on the inner wall of the coiled tube 150mm away from the end, and ensure that the O-ring seal is smooth and the tool can be inserted in place.
During installation, insert the mandrel, slips and sealing head into the appropriate position of the inner diameter of the continuous pipe, tighten the push nut on the mandrel shaft, pre-tighten the slips, and then connect the lower connecting head to complete theinstallation. As a force is exerted between the tool and the coiled tube, the slips and the coiled tube walls are pulled tighter and tighter.
1.2 Wild card connector
1) Introduction to the tool
The wild slip connector is a connecting tool that connects downhole tools to the coiled pipe through the combined action of the setting screw and the slip. The set screw and slip double guarantee the reliability of the connection. The “O” ring on the connector ensures a tight seal between the tool and the coiled tube.
2) Usage
When connecting, cut the continuous pipe flat in a relatively straight place with a cutting knife, and use a file to remove the notch burr and pour an Angle of about 1×45°.
Split the upper joint, slip and lower joint of the connector. First, insert the upper joint and slip into the continuous pipe successively. Insert the lower joint into the continuous pipe after installing the sealing ring until the continuous pipe passes through the two sealing O-rings.
Slip after preloaded, still need to install tight set screw, with tapping screw slot through the first joint of threaded hole on the continuous wall groove, hand tighten the tapping screw slot using a wrench screw again after 3 ~ 4 laps, this is just a groove on the continuous wall, replace with tight set screw tapping screw slot, until eight screws are complete, tight set screw installation is complete.
1.3 Compressed connector
1) Introduction to the tool
A compression connector is a coupling tool used to connect downhole tools to a coiled pipe. The continuous tube is pressed by the continuous tube ring pressing tool and the connection is realized.
2) Usage
Before using this tool, smooth the weld at the distance of 65mm from the end of the inner wall of the continuous tube, and ensure that the O-ring seal is smooth and the tool can be inserted in place.
During installation, mark the corresponding pressure-ring position on the outer ring of the continuous tube first. After the tool is inserted in place, use the pressure-ring tool to make pressure-ring at the marked position. After completion, tighten the bushing, which can not only make no big steps after connection, but also prevent the pressure-loosening.
1.4 Set screw connector
1) Introduction to the tool
A set screw connector is a coupling tool that connects downhole tools to a coiled pipe by means of a set screw. The connection reliability of the set screw connector is mainly determined by the depth of the grooves produced by the set screw on the continuous pipe wall, the number of screws and the material.Tapping screws are required to produce grooves in the continuous pipe wall.
2) Usage
After the tool is installed with O-ring, insert it;In the coiled pipe and ensure that the O-ring passes through the coiled pipe cut.All the 12 tapping screws are screwed to the head by hand to prevent the tool from sliding relative to the continuous hang.Turn all the grooved screws two turns the first time, and if all goes well, turn each grooved screw two more turns in.When finished, replace the tapping screw with a set screw and tighten it.
Coiled tubing downhole tools:
2, single flow valve:
Double flap back pressure valve
1) Introduction to the tool
The double-disc backpressure valve is a standard coiled pipe tool that prevents bottomhole pressure from entering the coiled pipe in an emergency and causing damage to the coiled pipe or surface equipment failure.During the operation, balls and other projectiles passed through the double-valve backpressure valve.
2) Usage and characteristics
After installing the sealing ring, connect it to the lower part of the connector.
Connection is simple and convenient;
At low pressure, PTFE seals, at high pressure, metal to metal seals.
3. Flushing tools:
Used as sand washing tool for horizontal well
The main one is the sprinkler head. For sand not
Same diameter, different settling velocity, different
Hardening degree, development of different types of sprinkler head.
The nozzle types are: direct jet flow, before and after jet flow,
Fixed rotating jet, rotating jet, etc.
3.1 Fixed swirl nozzle
1) Introduction to the tool
Fixed e swirl nozzle is a flushing tool, flushing due to the eccentricity of the jet hole, the ejected fluid touching the wellbore wall after the swirl effect, can achieve effective cleaning.
2) Usage
According to the process design, the appropriate nozzle is installed and connected to the basic tool string.
3.2 Front and rear jet nozzles
1) Introduction to the tool
The front and back jet nozzle is a kind of flushing tool. When flushing, the tool is sprayed in the front and back directions at the same time for effective cleaning.
2) Usage
According to the process design, the appropriate nozzle is installed and connected to the basic tool string.
3.3 Nitrogen injection nozzle
1) Introduction to the tool
Nitrogen injection head is a tool for nitrogen injection operation. The upward nozzle can increase the effect of nitrogen injection and discharge.
2) Usage
According to the process design, the appropriate nozzle is installed and connected to the basic tool string.
3.4 Front and rear jet nozzle
1) Introduction to the tool
Rotating jet nozzle is a kind of washing tool. When jetting, due to the eccentric and centrifugal effect of jet hole, the jet head rotates, and the swirling effect is produced after the ejecting fluid touches the borehole wall, which can realize effective cleaning.According to the process design, the appropriate nozzle is installed and connected to the basic tool string.
2) Usage
According to the process design, select the appropriate nozzle after installation,
Connect to the base tool string.
3.4 Rotate the acid injection head
1) Introduction to the tool
Rotating acid injection head is a tool used in acidizing operation in oil field. During acidizing, rotating injection acidizing is carried out in the well.
2) Usage
